Why Amafi exists
Modern M&A teams still rely on too much manual work across target research, materials, modelling, diligence, and process. The problem is not a lack of tools. It is a lack of systems that understand how deal work actually happens — and a market where every software provider eventually becomes a competing advisor.
Amafi was created to solve that problem with AI-native infrastructure built around recurring workflows, sold to the advisors and investors who run deals. We do not sign engagement letters with sellers. We do not compete with the firms we work with. Our customers' success is the only way we succeed.
Services today, delivered by us with an internal AI-augmented workflow. Self-serve software next, so advisors can run the same workflow themselves. A listings layer after that. The long-term ambition is infrastructure for how M&A transactions happen.
