Amafi Limited and its affiliated group entities (“Amafi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operate an editorial directory and research library covering AI, M&A, and finance tools.

You may use this website for general informational purposes, product research, provider submissions, factual corrections, verified contributions, controlled-document access, MCP queries, and contacting us. You agree not to use the website unlawfully, submit deceptive or unauthorised materials, share access credentials, evade rate or access controls, interfere with others’ use, or attempt to manipulate directory order or editorial conclusions.

Profiles, comparisons, pricing signals, assessments, and other research are general editorial information, not a warranty, certification, recommendation, or substitute for your own product, security, legal, financial, or procurement diligence. Product features, access, and pricing can change. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, and omission does not imply a negative assessment.

Providers cannot purchase favourable editorial conclusions or directory rank. Any paid placement, referral relationship, affiliate arrangement, or other material commercial relationship will be identified where relevant.

By submitting product information, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that Amafi may verify, edit, summarise, reproduce, and publish the submitted product information and materials according to the visibility you select. Submission does not guarantee publication, wording, placement, timing, or continued inclusion. Amafi retains editorial control and may decline, revise, label, archive, or remove content.

A provider claim based on an official-domain email or manual review establishes the claimant’s relationship to the provider; it is not a security certification or endorsement. Fundraising signals require moderation, expire after 90 days, and do not constitute investment advice, an offer, an endorsement, or an undertaking by Amafi to arrange financing.

You must have the rights and authority to upload each file. Do not submit customer information, personal data you are not authorised to share, malicious files, or materials that infringe another person’s rights.

Structured deployment notes publish only after work-identity and editorial review. By submitting a note, you permit Amafi to publish your name, company, role, use-case details, assessment, provider relationship, and conflict disclosure. Amafi may withhold, edit, reject, or remove a note.

Materials marked for verified users may be accessed only by eligible work-verified accounts through short-lived links. Access is logged. You may not redistribute, scrape, circumvent, or provide another person access to those materials. Amafi does not guarantee confidentiality against every form of copying after authorised access.

Read-only MCP tokens are personal credentials, expire, are rate-limited, and may be revoked. MCP results exclude controlled files and contributor identity fields. You may use results for internal research subject to these Terms, but may not use the service to recreate or resell the Amafi directory.

Nothing on this website is intended to constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, procurement advice, or a regulated service of any kind. Amafi does not take M&A mandates or sign engagement letters with sellers. Any regulated conduct in connection with a specific transaction sits with the relevant licensed adviser or counterparty, not with Amafi.

Content created by Amafi, including original text, design, code, software, and visual assets, is owned by Amafi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, screenshots, and linked or uploaded materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use Amafi’s intellectual property without a separate written agreement.

Information submitted to Amafi through this website or related channels is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should not send confidential or sensitive transaction information through open web forms.

This website describes and links to third-party products and services. Amafi does not control those products and is not responsible for their availability, security, performance, terms, content, or practices. You should verify current information directly with the provider before making a purchasing or workflow decision.

The website, portal, uploaded materials, and MCP endpoint are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amafi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the service, directory information, third-party products, uploaded materials, or reliance on editorial content.

Amafi may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
